JAYTEE is built on authenticity. We source garments and printing materials from the UK wherever possible, and where that isn’t feasible, we actively seek alternatives that meet our standards. Our focus is timeless, inclusive fits designed to last — not fast‑fashion trends.

We stay rooted by sourcing locally and supporting UK suppliers, while also involving international communities in shaping our next designs. It’s how we keep JAYTEE authentic, diverse, and connected worldwide.
Why are you called JAYTEE?
JAYTEE comes from the phonetically spoken initials of our founder’s name, Jade Thornton. It took days of back‑and‑forth to settle on the name — hard to believe, we know — but it stuck because it felt authentic, rooted, and true to the brand’s vision.
Ordering
What size should I buy?
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Compare your measurements to the chart to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed look.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, simply contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll still be able to return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping times can vary due to factors outside of our control. We aim to have all orders handed over to the courier within 72 hours of purchase. The exact delivery time will then depend on the courier service, your location, and any customs processes that may apply.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I return items?
Yes. If your order isn’t quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
What happens if my item is damaged on arrival?
We carefully quality‑check every piece before it leaves us, but we know that sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact our friendly customer care team at Hello@JAYTEEdesign.com. We’ll respond within 2 working days and arrange either:
- An exchange for the same product, or
- A return with a full refund processed as quickly as possible.
Something is missing from my order?
When you order more than one product, some items may reach you sooner than others. If this happens, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your new pieces will arrive on different dates.
If you receive your package and something is missing (without prior notice), please contact our customer care team at Hello@JAYTEEdesign@com so we can resolve it quickly.
I didn't receive an email confirmation
Sometimes our emails can land in your junk or spam folder, so please check there first. If you still can’t find anything, double‑check the details you entered when placing your order, as a mistyped email address can prevent delivery.
