Shipping & Delivery

  • UK delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days, depending on stock availability.
  • International delivery times vary by destination and courier, typically ranging from 7 to 14 working days.
  • In‑stock items are dispatched the next working day.
  • Back‑ordered items will be shipped as soon as available - we’ll keep you updated.
  • Customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer no‑hassle returns within 30 days of delivery, wherever you are in the world.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Return shipping is free for UK customers.
  • International customers can also return items easily — while return shipping costs are their responsibility, we’ll provide clear instructions, recommended couriers, and support throughout the process.
  • If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by JAYTEE regardless of location.
  • Exchanges are available worldwide. UK customers enjoy free shipping on replacement items, while international customers will receive replacements at standard delivery rates.
