Welcome to JAYTEE Design (hereinafter referred to as “JAYTEE”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not feeling 100% about your purchase, JAYTEE has you covered.

Time Frame

  • You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
  • That’s a full month to decide whether it’s the right fit (literally or figuratively).

Condition

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • Free from damage (unless it arrived that way - we’ll sort that!)

Refundable Locations

  • Refunds are available for both UK and international orders.
  • UK customers enjoy free return shipping.
  • International customers can return items easily, though return shipping costs are their responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In those cases, JAYTEE will cover the cost.
  • We’ll provide clear instructions and support for international returns to make the process as smooth as possible.

Non‑Refundable Items

Some items are non‑returnable, including:

  • Final sale pieces
  • Any product that’s been customised, altered, or made specifically for you
    Please double‑check order details before confirming.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing can take up to 14 working days once your return is received.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your refund is on its way.
  • International refunds may take slightly longer depending on your payment provider and local banking systems. We still aim for the 14 working days once your item is received.
