Gift Card Policy

Issuance & Use

  • JAYTEE gift cards are issued in digital format only and can be redeemed across our entire online store.
  • Cards may be used in full or part payment for any product, including sale items.
  • Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single order.

Validity

  • Gift cards remain valid for the duration stated
  • Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.

Delivery

  • Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

  • Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items purchased with a gift card are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
  • Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the original gift card balance.

Cooling‑Off Period

  • Under UK distance selling regulations, customers have a 14‑day cooling‑off period to cancel a gift card purchased online, provided it has not yet been redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Treat gift cards like cash. JAYTEE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately.

Business Closure

  • In the unlikely event JAYTEE ceases trading, outstanding gift card balances may not be redeemable. We will communicate any changes promptly and transparently.

International Use

  • Gift cards are redeemable worldwide through our online store. Balances are applied in GBP (£), with currency conversion handled automatically at checkout.
