At JAYTEE, we keep things simple, fast dispatch, reliable shipping, and no stress. Here’s how we get your gear from us to you.
Order Processing
JAYTEE is a small, independent brand. We handle each order with care and attention.
- Items in stock are dispatched the next working day.
- Back‑ordered items will be delivered as soon as they’re ready, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
- We don’t ship on weekends or UK public holidays.
UK Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders - no minimum spend, no small print, no strings.
- Estimated delivery: With courier in 72 hours of order, courier delivery 3 days when using the Royal Mail.

International Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated individually at the time of each order, based on destination, weight, and courier availability.
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country - these are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Exclusions
While JAYTEE ships worldwide, there are certain destinations we cannot currently serve due to courier restrictions, customs barriers, or international sanctions. These include (but may not be limited to):
- Sanctioned nations: North Korea, Iran, Syria (legal prohibitions prevent shipping).

- Cambodia and Vietnam — subject to steep reciprocal tariffs on apparel and textiles.
- Other conflict zones where carriers have suspended service.

Tracking & Updates
- You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships.
- Tracking info is included when available.
- International customers will receive courier details and estimated delivery times specific to their region.

Returns & Exchanges

- Return shipping is free for UK customers.
- International customers can also return items easily; while return shipping costs are their responsibility, JAYTEE will cover costs if the item is faulty or incorrect.

- JAYTEE is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of entry by local authorities.

Back‑Ordered Items
